The Last Women of the Philippines (1986)

10 year old Helena Garret and her older sister Flavia Hervas are near nude for most of the movie, their clothing is limited to some sort of home made thongs with plant garlands covering their chests although in a couple of scenes they do not ware the garlands, Flavia's breasts are frequently seen. Also an elderly man is seen naked in a pool being washed by a woman, brief glimpses of his penis..

Violence is limited the the comic kind, ie. a man runs around holding a stick of dynamite before disappearing in a puff of smoke.
