Around the World in Eighty Ways (1987)

Two brothers take their sickly and temporarily blind father on a fake trip around the world. They create the plane trips, hotels, ambiance, and entertainment of Hawaii, Las Vegas, Rome, Tokyo. All on the pretense of catching up with their mother, who is on a world tour, without Dad.
