KGB: The Secret War (1985)

Peter Hubbard is a "sleeper". A KGB agent operating in the U.S. He steals top secret computer microchips to pass over to KGB, but decides to defect and use the microchips to bargain a deal instead. Soon he's caught in a tangled web, were both sides are willing to do everything to get the microchip and the information he possess.
