Black mic-mac 2 (1988)

Gabriel Sauret is a lucky man: he has just won the lottery. Unfortunately, he was the victim of a traffic accident in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. There, he is taken in by Innocence, a resident of the renamed Afrotown district. When he wakes up, he realizes that his jacket is missing, with the winning ticket inside. It did not take more to sow discord throughout the neighborhood. Félix, photographer for the magazine "L'Africain à Paris", understands that something is happening and decides to do a report on this young man.
