The Deceivers (1988)

During the sex scene, the woman is flashed by main lead's wife and then back again. The next part you see the shadow of the couple and the woman has six arms as in Kali and his final act he kills the Indian woman. The other two women both wake up, one who is Gopal's wife who was scene earlier getting ready to burn herself and the other is Savage's wife Sarah who woke up in her bed.

In another scene there is talk of a woman who wants to burn herself to death according to Indian tradition. From that scene we see a group of Indians and servants and within seconds the servants killed off the rajput and the other servants.

Small group of Thuggees took a drug called Gur which is drug aka unconsecrated sugar that brings hallucinations and other stuff to bring them closer to Goddess Kali. Thuggees are Hindu cult that worships the Goddess Kali of Destruction.
