The Immortalizer (1989)

Around 29 minutes in, a man lifts the gown of an unconscious young woman lying on a hospital bed to reveal her bare chest and panties. He then places his hands on her stomach before groping both breasts. He's interrupted at this point. Entire scene lasts about 1 minute.

A woman wakes up and takes her clothes off. She's shown nude from behind (rear nudity only).

Graphic brain surgery, where exposed bloody skulls are shown several times.

Mutant humans are seen attacking several characters throughout, some blood and gore is shown.

Characters are kidnapped, injected with dangerous experimental drugs, and operated on against their will.

A couple instances are shown where victims are ground up in a large meat mincer/grounder, although this is never shown in detail.
