The Stranger Within (1990)

Mare's life has been dominated by the kidnapping of her 3-year-old son. After 16 years she is pleasantly surprised to find Mark standing before her on the doorstep pretending to be her son. Her joy eventually turns in to panic, then all-out fear, after it becomes clear that this young man is a dangerous psychopath.
