Quiet Days in Clichy (1990)

There is a scene where a young woman (played by Giuditta Del Vecchio) is standing fully nude, shaved labia clearly visible for an extended period of time. She is talking to an older man who appears to be ill. Later she is shown lying in bed with the older man, full rear nudity and breasts are shown. There is no sex.

There are three versions of this 1990 film: a 120 minute, 116 minute and 112 minute version. The 120 minute version is considerably more explicit.
