USSR. Times of a monetary reform of 1961. Hundred rubles turned suddenly into ten. But reform didn't concern copper money. The enterprising administrator of recreation park Prokhor Ignatyevich, wishing to increase the equity, tries to exchange the large amount for small copper by means of the ingenuous driver Zhora Grakin and the ex-convict Roland Babaskin.
