This film contains lots of deaths, it's full of blood, and has explicit murders. There is a horrible slaughter scene directed upon one of the main characters called "El Pedroide" also known as "La Vinchuca". This character appears for the first time in another horrible scene when he comes out of a decapitated girl's head, with the rest of his family.

The main character is constantly drinking and slapping his wife, while he is drunk. He LOVES marihuana just like me.
