Todesreigen (1993)

Lisa and Richard are shocked to learn of the death of their little boy. In the presence of his sister Rebecca he fell and bled to death. Rebecca was in shock and couldn't help her brother. A few years later, Lisa and Richard's adopted child nearly drowns, and Rebecca was present again. Slowly but surely, the worried parents begin to suspect that their daughter may not be as innocent in the accidents as she claims.
