There's a shootout in the beginning between two groups of men, and several men are shot and killed (not graphic).
There's a brief car chase near the beginning, and cops pursue an thug and Alex in a car. All the cars pull over, and the cops beat up the thug and Alex.
There's a large fight/shootout in a lab in which Alex escapes, and fights several men, beating them all. One bad guy is electrocuted, and he grabs guns and shoots several others, before being zapped with a cattle prod twice.
Bad cops pull Alex out of a trunk and one punches him several times, but he fights and beats all of the bad cops and flees. Two other men attack him, but he beats one, and uses his gun to shoot the other.
There's a long truck chase on the freeway. Alex is thrown out of a truck, the truck crashes through a police barricade and destroys several vehicles while cops shoot at it. Many other vehicles are destroyed during this scene, and a bus and truck collide and explode.
There's a fight in a house in which Alex fights a man and woman, and he is knocked around by both of them, though he beats them both up, knocking one through a window. Two cops arrive and attack Alex, but he dispatches them too.
Alex hangs off the side of a skyscraper while men in a helicopter shoot at him. He drops into a window washer's platform, and swings on one of the cables onto the helicopter. He and a man in the helicopter fight, and he falls off, through a skylight, and lands.
Men break into a house and attack a woman, and Alex crashes a car into the house and beats up the men.
