The Courtyard (1995)

Jonathan, a successful young architect, moves from New York City to Los Angeles for financial reasons. He finds a spacious apartment at a complex with a large courtyard and things are looking good for him. However, his luck changes for the worse when murders take place, one of them next door to his apartment. Fearing that his life is in danger, he conducts his own investigation to find the killer and solve the case.
