919 Fifth Avenue (1995)

A biographer's latest project is a prominent family, so he heads to their home to do research. While he is there, one of their neighbors is killed and the son of the doorman is arrested, but he thinks that he is innocent, so he investigates and learns that someone in the family might be the killer.
