Vows of Deception (1996)

When a prominent lawyer is murdered, his wife is promptly arrested and charged for the crime. She then points the finger at her stepson, with whom she claims to be having an affair. This gives enough reasonable doubt to get her a mistrial, but 20 years later prosecutors arrest and charge her again.
