One Fine Day (1996)

A screwball comedy about a single, professional mother and father, living in New York, who coincide one day when their children miss a school trip. While neither is willing to abandon their work, they don't intend to neglect their children, so they decide to take turns sorting out their routine, although some misunderstandings and mix-ups are unavoidable. With a charming chemistry between Michelle Pfeiffer and George Clooney, under the appearance of a light comedy, it captures what raising sons and daughters involves and does it with humor and tenderness.
