Night Girls (1957)

One evening in Tivoli, Bente meets the American soldier Johnny. They share a magical evening under the colored lamps, and through Johnny Bente becomes acquainted with the bar Big Star, where the pimp Sugar takes advantage of the soldiers' pleasure for Danish girls. Bente and Johnny's love deepens, but the clock is constantly ticking for the young lovers - because the end of Johnny's leave is approaching. And both Sugar and Bente's controlling hypochondria of a father do their part to destroy the youngsters' happiness.
