In a locker room scene, there is a brief flash of a man's naked rear end. In a couple of other scenes, though there is no graphic nudity, there is strong sexual contact, including a girl's naked lags spread wide and up in the air in one scene as she shows her vagina to a guy, but we only see her legs.

Prefontaine's bloody foot is shown after a race.

In one scene, Pre is vomiting from being nervous. You don't see it, but you can hear him.

In one scene, when the coach is talking to his team about hair length, there is a somewhat extended conversation regarding a man's size. The D word is used to indicate that part of the male anatomy.

Several uses of the word "shit," about three uses of "fuck," and a couple uses of "bitch" respectively. Without Limits really pushes the PG-13 rating with the language.

Pre works at a bar, people are not shown getting drunk though.

Briefly mentions the massacre of the 11 israeli athletes at Munich in the 1972 Olympics. This may upset some viewers.
