Elvis (1997)

A fleeing man, exhausted and injured, hides in the ruins of a besieged city. Helped by a bunch of kids, he finds refuge in an empty room. The occupants of the building come to question him about his identity and his past. His explanations remain elusive, and soon, the building rushes of gossip concerning this character who says his name is Elvis. Thanks to Maya's help, a young girl who falls in love with him, Elvis' stay seems to be able to continue until we discover that he is not who he claims to be.
