With a Cry (1995)

A single mother places her daughter-and son in orphanages to prevent them from "turning into bums" and to spend more time with her biker boyfriend. Separated for five years, they are released to attend their mother's funeral, but not before the biker boyfriend has sex with the daughter. The siblings' paths keep crossing as they both lead lives of crime: the daughter becomes a pickpocket and errand runner for a con-man who forges art, while the son steals cars with a gang of hoodlums.
