Transformers: The Headmasters (1987)

"Head Formation of Friendship" features several women dressed in revealing "cave people" clothing; women wearing low cut outfits or bikinis also appear in some other episodes, including "Head On!! Fortress Maximus" and part one of "The Final Showdown on Earth".

Most of the action in the series is in keeping with the usual Transformers stuff-some fisticuffs, other physical combat, and exchange of laser fire, but usually nothing too graphic. At least two characters are seen being shot with the energy blast visibly going through their chest (not unlike being stabbed by a lightsaber in Star Wars); at least one of these then explodes mere seconds afterwards, though the explosion itself obscures the ensuing destruction of his body. Little to no blood throughout.

The Shout! Factory subtitled version contains some swearing.

There are several death scenes throughout the series of varying intensity.
