The Pleasure Garden (1925)

Two chorus girls, Patsy Brand and Jill Cheyne, cross paths at London’s Pleasure Garden theatre. Seasoned dancer Patsy helps the struggling newcomer Jill secure a job and even shares her apartment with her. Jill, ambitious and eager for fame, soon outgrows their bond, embracing wealth and glamour through an affair with a wealthy prince. Soon, the madness that comes with fame will take it's toll on the ambitious Jill.
