Trara um Liebe (1931)

Captain Rudi is fond of women. When he is caught by Archduke Max in an embarrassing situation with young and beautiful (and tipsy) Marie-Charlote, the Archduke's niece, who has fallen for him, he marries her to prevent a scandal. Not having enough trouble, Rudi goes after actress Josefine, who happens to be the Archduke's girlfriend. When the Archduke finds out, he transfers Rudi to a far regiment as punishment, under Major Fröschen's command. Josefine manages to get to him disguised as a maid. Later, the real maid shows up. Marie-Charlotte also arrives looking for her husband. This time, Rudi is charmed and falls for her, and they sneak to a nearby hotel. The Archduke orders Major Förschen to send Josefine to him at once, and a puzzled Fröschen sends him the maid.
