A Night at the Opera (1935)

The Marx Brothers play a couple of managers, Fiorello and Tomasso, for a down-on-his-luck opera tenor, Ricardo Baroni. When Ricardo falls in love with a soprano, Rosa Castaldi, his managers will try all kinds of humorous anticks to get him on the New York Opera company so he can sing with her. They stow away on a ship to the big city, leading to chaotic, comedic escapades on a rush to the opening night at the opera.
