Wake Up and Dream (1934)

Paul Scott (Russ Colombo), Charlie Sullivan (Roger Pryor) and Toby Brown (June Knight) are a vaudeville trio act struggling through the predictable battle to make it to the big time in show business, as well as a romantic triangle with Scott and Sullivan both in love with Brown.
