Robert Koch: The Battle Against Death (1939)

A medic has to take a probe from a death body. In that scene we see the body lying covered up to the chest with a sheet, but showing breast part. Although it is not totally clear if it's a woman, it is highly possible because of the long hair and somehow protuding breasts. But as said, it's not clear, it's a medical scene, and lasts only a few seconds. Not sexual at all.

The doctor pours a cold water bucket on a nude female pacient. She's not shown, we only see the doctor with the water.

Death is a constant in this movie. But only from a medical point of view. Nothing explicit.
