Leyenda rota (1940)

A Spanish diplomatic in Paris born in Andalusia wants to change the typical Spanish imagery of a sub-developed country inhabited by bailaoras, toreros and bandoleers given to foreigners. So he invites the Dupont family, who are enamoured with those topics, to his cortijo, and plans to play a trick on them by transforming the village and have the people disguised into historical characters.
