Gangsters on the Loose (1937)

A gang leader is torn between two women: his "moll" Kay and his childhood girlfriend Grace, who is now a star on radio. Pursued by two dedicated police officers for a gangland killing, he attempts to use Grace as his alibi. Complications ensue.
