Tempesta sul golfo (1943)

XIXth century. Ferdinand II is the wise King of the Kingdom of Two Sicilies. His adviser is in love with a young woman whose father died in exile. She no longer believes in the monarchy. Her political beliefs lead to many arguments with her lover.
