Vice-President narrates a patriotic, propaganda short from his office in Washington designed to boost morale in the the early days of World War II. He cites the Four Freedoms and explains the reasons why the axis powers must be defeated and the costs that victory will have to the American people. Archival footage and excerpts from commercial films are used.
