Take What You Want (1947)

The aging consul Hedvig's health falters, and the family gathers around the hospital. Her three adult children are all struggling with theirs - and not least the question of the distribution of the inheritance. The situation escalates when the consul's unscrupulous grandson, Kurt, appears. His motto is: Take what you want.
