Lifeboat (1944)

After a World War II sea battle leaves a freighter and a German U-boat destroyed, a diverse group of survivors gathers in a lifeboat. The passengers include a millionaire, a journalist, an engineer, a nurse, and a grieving mother. Tensions rise when they rescue Willi, a German survivor, revealed to be the U-boat captain. As supplies dwindle and secrets surface, survival becomes a test of morality and trust.
