On June 25, 1950, the Korean conflict extends. The country, divided by the superpowers into two zones along the 38th latitude - North and South Korea - is thus incorporated into the focal point of world politics. Erik Rensell, journalist on a Stockholm newspaper, gets the assignment to explore and present the development of the conflict in time and place. Tired of editorial routine work, Erik is focusing on his new task.
