Seven Samurai (1954)

The greatest samurai film of all time tells the story of a village of Japanese farmers who, after suffering for a long time under the torment and oppression of several bandits, request the help of a samurai who then gathers a group of six other samurai to teach the village how to defend themselves. The situation ends up leading to a huge and dangerous battle when 40 bandits attack the village, leaving the audience in awe while demonstrating why "The Seven Samurai" became one of the biggest influences for the world's most famous and important directors.
