Sûpâ jaiantsu - Uchûtei to jinkô eisei gekitotsu (1958)

The Supreme Council from the Emerald planet had sent superhero Starman to protect Earth from invasion by an evil alien race from the Sapphire Galaxy. They are out to destroy earth using a space station equipped that can hurl a Death Star and destroy Earth. Dr. Yakamana, a leading Earth rocket scientist, his children, and engineering assistant Asami are prisoners aboard the space station. As their mental conditioning for obeying the Sapphirian troops wears off, they begin to fight back. Yakamana refuses to hurry the design of a new rocket that they need. At the same time, his daughter, son, and Asami overpower a guard. They don his uniform and take out a second guard for his uniform. Kaoru, Yakamana's daughter, marches into the control room an announces she is replacing the current operator. She then proceeds to sabotage the station's ability to deploy the Death Star. Asami and Yakamana's son, Ryôichi, sneak aboard the Sapphirian rocket to flee back to Earth. Kaoru goes for her father, but he is being taken to face a firing squad. The control room damage has been detected. The Sapphirians take Yakamana to face a firing squad. Kaoru, still in uniform, starts a ruckus. This delays the execution of her father long enough to allow the arrival of Starman. He fights off the Sapphirians while Asami, Ryôichi and the doctor escape. After subduing all the Sapphirians, Starman personally carries Yakamana's daughter out to speeding rocket. She had broken free a little too late for the departure. (Part 2 of 2)
