Storyline:  Haunted by his past, Dr. Joseph “Doc” Frail arrives at a Montana mining camp. He saves Rune from a hanging and takes him as a servant, becoming the town doctor. He meets Elizabeth, traumatized and in shock, and they fall in love. When she is attacked, Frail’s attempt to protect her plunges them both into danger.
