The Wrong Man (1956)

Manny Balestrero, a hardworking bassist, struggles to support his wife Rose and their two sons. In January 1953, faced with Rose's costly dental treatment, Manny seeks a loan against her life insurance policy. However, employees at the insurance office mistakenly identify him as the man who previously robbed the place. Arrested and accused of multiple armed robberies, Manny's life unravels, even as he clings to hope for justice.
