Last of the Badmen (1957)

A Chicago detective takes a perilous undercover job in an attempt to capture a gang of crooks who have hit upon a clever money-making scheme. They spring outlaws with a bounty on their heads from jail, involve them in more robberies which raises the price on their head, then kill them and claim the bounty.
