The Jolly Genie (1963)

Two children, Janie and Johnnie, receive a magic charm from their grandfather who has just returned from a trip to Baghdad. While trying to make the charm work, Janie manages to summon a genie named Ali Poo. who takes them on a trip back in time to witness the midnight ride of Paul Revere.
