Emergency (1962)

After a little girl is knocked down by a truck while crossing the street, it's discovered that there are only three donors of the right blood type for a transfusion. One's a murderer awaiting execution, one a scientist selling atomic secrets, and one a soccer player about to get his hundredth cap.
