Policejní hodina (1961)

After the death of the perpetually drunk and aggressive father Fiser, the family is held together by the spirited mother, who works in a night cafe. However, she can no longer prevent the short-tempered behavior of her son Frantisek, who decides to leave the bakery suddenly because of his hard work and start his own family with his love - the factory worker Ruzena. Her daughter Julie also finds love with the rich Karel Horácek, whose mother owns a brothel. Zofie is the only one of the children who stays at home with her mother and works as a seamstress. After a while, however, a rift arises between them when the daughter confesses that she is pregnant with a child out of wedlock.
