Yûrei hanjô ki (1960)

Period comedy about an undertaker's assistant (Sakai), in love with the daughter (Kagawa) of a wealthy doctor (Yanagiya). When her father refuses to allow the young lovers to marry , and they attempt double suicide, Death (Arishima) comes to their rescue.
