Engineer Przybora is given a task - to build a modern and safe mine. However, he encounters many adversities. Bureaucracy, cronyism and lack of faith in what you are doing - these are just some of the obstacles. When it seems that nothing will come of it, the engineer brings the matter to an end. Unexpectedly, he receives one more task.
