Looking for work, salesman Homer Pettigrew (Tommy Holden) travels from his small town Indiana home to Los Angeles, California, and answers a newspaper want-ad at the Johnson Bra Company. He interrupts a business meeting and suggests that he can bolster the company's dwindling sales by selling bras door-to-door. Millionaire owner Cash Johnson (William Watters) is impressed, but the cynical and unscrupulous sales manager August Poe (Carmen Bonacci) takes exception to the plan. Aided by Cash's secretary, Candy Cotton (Maryilyn Manning), Poe plots to take over the company by courting Cash's daughter, Pamela (Carolyn Walker). Homer falls in love with Pamela, and with this incentive, he sells 300 bras the first day. Poe tries to get rid of Homer by sending him to West Virginia, but Homer wastes no time, selling bras to the airline stewardesses on board his flight. He makes customers of all the farmers' wives and daughters and receives an order for a million bras from the Women's Army Corps. However, Poe discredits Homer and takes credit for the sales and plots to get rid of Homer so he can have Pamela for himself.
