Mad Doctor of Blood Island (1968)

A naked woman (Marla) runs through the jungle.

A man (Bill) and woman (Sheila) make love in a cave. He undresses her, exposing and fondling her breast, his hand runs down the length of her naked body all the way to her legs. They turn over and she lies naked on top of him.

There is a topless girl about halfway through the movie. (The side of her breasts are visible for several seconds)

The zombie have thick green blood that oozes out of them throughout the film.

The infected have green skin and their flesh seems to boil up and a green liquid emerges from the wounds.

A man gets attacked by a mutated creature, his disemboweled corpse can be seen.

The zombies may be frightening but the film has a low budget and is unrealistic with the effects.

The film is the most violent out of the "Blood Island" movies but relies heavily on suspense with minimal gore but frequent scenes of punching, stabbing, and shooting.

A few animals like pigs and goats get stabbed during a ritual, their twitching bodies can be seen.
