Titicut Follies (1967)

There are scenes with naked men with their butts and private parts exposed in the waiting room as the men get dressed and undressed, and take a bath.

A patient who refuses to eat has a long rubber tube forced through his nose and down his throat. A worker pours liquid (presumably soup) into the tube and we see the patient swallowing in close up. The scene goes on for several minutes and is intercut with footage of the patient's (later) dead body being prepared for the morgue and placed in cold storage.

The word "Hell" is used in the movie.

There are men who smoke cigars and cigarettes.

One of the men being interviewed has alcohol problems.

One of the men being interviewed is on medication for his health issues.

It depicts criminals and mentally insane people locked up in the cells and getting abused by guards.

An angry man yells at the guards.
