Raymond's father is the leader of the Scorpios and he is preparing to hand over the business to his son. Other gang leaders, Phoenix and Anders, know this too well. In order to expand their profits, they kill him. Raymond trains to become a deadly master Ninja, returning in disguise and relentlessly pursues his father's murderers.
