The Boy of the Market (1961)

Accustomed to living off his affluent uncle's money, spendthrift Mimis suddenly realises the party is over: he is flat broke, unable to sustain himself and his many girlfriends. Now, desperate for cash, Mimis is willing to try everything to stay afloat, including selling his aunt's armchairs. However, Mimis is unaware that one of them contains a hidden treasure. When Mimis discovers the chairs' value, he embarks on a mission to retrieve the precious furniture. But his efforts are too little, too late. After all, finding the life-saving prize is easier said than done. Is all hope lost?
