Holocaust (1971)

With his life hanging by a thread after a nearly fatal ambush by the Resistance forces, gravely wounded Austrian officer Walter Riemann seeks refuge in a rugged, Nazi-occupied Greek village. There, a compassionate physician tends to his wounds. However, Riemann is unaware that his cruel commanding officer, Major von Gerbert, won't rest until he finds and destroys the guerrilla pocket. As a result, Gerbert threatens to burn the village to the ground until he gets crucial information about the Resistance fighters responsible for the death of five German soldiers. Now, harsh retaliation awaits the villagers. Who can avert the impending holocaust?
