Bakoji Vaidya is a well respected Doctor living with his ill wife two sons Sudhir and Sunil and married daughter Karuna whose tortured for dowry by her in laws and husband Bhaskar.Due to Vaidya's good treatment Dr Kiran Rane's clinic and the medical company which Bhaskar's works are suffering business.Subhanrao father of Kiran comes with a plan to Bhimrao to take over Vaidya's debt ridden house and leave him homeless,Vaidya's trouble starts as Sudhir looses his garage job,Sunil is asked to quit school due to non payment of fees,Karuna returns home due to daily torture by her family and also looses his wife after their house is attacked, during this bad time Sudhir his helped by his friend Khulya.But troubles don't end here as Vaidya's patient dies out medical negligence which was planned by Subahnrao,Vaidya to passes away after villagers attack him Sunil who misses his family dearly prays to God to end their trouble its then a dog named Raja enters their life as God's messenger and things become much better for them then before this Irks Dr Kiran and he makes Bhaskar as his trump card to find about sudden success of the family.
